RAF West Raynham Memorial Campaign

An 18 month fundraising campaign has successfully achieved its aim of establishing a permanent memorial to all those who served at Royal Air Force West Raynham from 1939 - 1994.

In order to raise the several thousand pounds needed, pin badges were sold featuring the station crest, various community events were organised and generous support was received from individual donors. A large donation was also received from Good Energy, who are constructing a solar park next to the old airfield. The RAF West Raynham Memorial Campaign and The Kiptons would like to extend their thanks to all those who contributed.

Memorial Unveiling Event
The memorial was unveiled at a spectacular ceremony on Saturday 27th September, with many RAF West Raynham veterans in attendance to pay their respects to the station's proud history and distinguished service to the nation. Thank you to all those who attended.

Kiptons's Childrens Play Area

Thank you to the generosity of Good Energy and their West Raynam solar project, the installation of the children's play area was completed in May 2014.  We shall continue to fundraise for the ongoing maintenance and continued expansion of the park.

** Just a reminder that donations for raffles and tombolas to help raise money for the Residents Association are always gratefully received. **
